CHILDREN IN CROSSFIRE
In October 2013, Children in Crossfire initiated a 4-year programme called “fursa kwa watoto” (Opportunity for Children). The programme will combine direct interviews with 27,000 children in schools in Kilimanjaro and Mwanza Region with local and national advocacy that will inform decision makers and lead to improve allocated resources for pre-primary education in Tanzania. Children in Crossfire are leading the implementation in collaboration with multiple partners at the international, national and regional levels.
Programme Technical Officer (1 Post)
To support the fursa Programme Manager in implementing the programme, children in crossfire is recruiting a programme Technical Officer. This position requires a professional and committed individuals with demonstrated experience in the education sector as well as the enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally.

The position requires an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject area. The position is 24-month renewable contract and is based in Dar es Salaam with the expectation of frequent travel within the country. The closing dae for all entries is 5pm on the 13th November 2015.
